Vipre Ok so everyone tells me Nortons the best but I got this VIPRE AntiVirus for free as a Christmas deal. I just upgraded to their PREMIUM version for USD!
It blocked and found more Trojans than norton did and it has way less resource hogs!
Consumer Reports NEEDS to review this. PCWorld did but they only reviewed the antivirus which is why it failed in the malware section. They need to review VIPRE AntiVirus Premium. It even has a IDA-HIPS Firewall!!!!

actually, norton is about the most bloated most cumbersome of all.
use microsoft security essentials unless you dont have a valid windows install or hate ms for some reason, then use any of the myriad of others like avira, nalwarebytes, iobits, avg, etc, etc, etc

First of all oth those anti-viruses are shit ……… i guess you have never used Kaspersky or Bitdefender they are the best …….. even avast is better than norton and VIPRE ……..
