someone accidently downloaded vipre antivirus by sunbelt and ms removal tool and it wont let me access anything except internet explorer and i cant uninstall vipre because it said it had a fatal error during installation and cant even find ms rmoval tool which is the big proble because it wont let me access anything [...]
