My antivirus has blocked a program called ISODrive.dll it was found in the system32 files. I’ve done several full-system scans w/ my antivirus and it doesn’t find it. How good is Vipre antivirus Premium?

I have used Vipre for a few months now, and it seems to be the best AV I have tried. It blocks almost all malicious webpages, files and incoming/outgoing connections and doesn’t make too much difference to my pc’s responsiveness.
