ISODrive.dll blocked by my antivirus?

My antivirus has blocked a program called ISODrive.dll it was found in the system32 files. I’ve done several full-system scans w/ my antivirus and it doesn’t find it. Has anyone else gotten this or know what to do about it? I use VIPRE antivirus by GFI labs.
Ok, here’s an update: Vipre keeps picking it up and i delete, but it seems to be replicating or something because it keeps picking it up and its the exact same file. any suggestions?
I tried uploading it to the site mentioned in the first answer and it said the same thing it did when i tried to delete it: “You do not have permission to do this, please contact the file owner or admin for permission.”

Chosen Answer:

Imho, ISODrive.dll looks suspicious for me. I know there is ISODrive.sys but never heard about ISODrive.dll. Upload file to virustotal.com for check.
